Week Twenty Nine

What's going on with her?

Size? 15 inches long
Weight? 2 1/2 pounds

She is soaking up a lot of calcium, protein, vitamin C, folic acid and iron. So make sure that you drink up some orange juice and milk, eat bananas, and eat some yogurt.

As for mommy?

Leg cramps! I have experienced some of the worst leg cramps.. EVER. Don't let your leg cramps get as bad as mine before you do something about them! Make sure you get your bananas or if you don't like bananas talk to your doctor and see what they suggest. Definitely try to avoid them though!
