What's going on with her?Size? About six inches, about the size of a large heirloom tomato

She can now hear so me and my fiance have been talking to her a lot lately, We are really excited. Her hair is growing, and her sensory development is exploding right now, Her brain is starting to designate special areas for taste, smell, touch and sight!
As for mommy?
I have started to notice that the palms of my hands are getting a little red, and I was told that it was from the extra estrogen. But I have read and have been warned that I may now start to notice a short stabbing pain and that is from the rate of my body growing.
